Roisin Hughes is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth for SMB organizations across EMEA, currently serving as VP Sales at HubSpot since May 2024. Previously, Roisin held various senior roles at Salesforce from April 2011 to May 2024, progressing from Account Executive to Senior Area Vice President in SMB Financial Services. Roisin's early career included a Marketing Executive position at the London School of Business & Finance, where successful strategies led to a significant intake increase for key programs. With a foundation in management from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and experience in logistics at Procter & Gamble, Roisin brings a diverse skill set to leadership roles. Roisin holds a degree in Business & Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and studied at Maastricht University.
