Stephanie Redding is an accomplished leader in executive and leadership development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at HubSpot since August 2025. Prior to this, Stephanie spent almost eight years at Dropbox, where roles included Head of Executive & Leadership Development and Senior Manager positions focused on coaching, team effectiveness, and onboarding. Stephanie's earlier experience encompasses significant roles at WP Engine, Expedia Group, and National Instruments, where expertise in sales enablement, program management, and training development was honed. With a BA in English and German from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University (in progress), Stephanie combines educational credentials with extensive practical experience in fostering leadership capabilities across various organizations.
