Alexander Olkov's work experience begins in 2008 when they started working as a freelance forum moderator, poker coach, and translator for PokerStrategy.com. In 2011, they moved to Gibraltar and took on various roles as a Community Manager, including content manager, video editor, and contest organizer. In 2012, they became a Senior Specialist in VIP relations, focusing on ensuring VIPs were satisfied. In 2014, they became a Poker School Manager for the Russian and Polish communities.

In 2017, Alexander joined SpinLegends Ltd. as an Operations and Customer Support Manager. This role involved managing operations and providing customer support for the poker startup.

Finally, in 2020, Alexander joined Hubstaff as a Customer Service Representative in Tier 1. Alexander quickly acquired in-depth knowledge of the product and was promoted to Tier 2, where they took on additional responsibilities, such as building a list of FAQs for the company's Principal Engineer. As of now, Alexander is working as a Software QA Engineer at Hubstaff.

Alexander Olkov pursued their higher education at Vyatka State University of Humanities from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a degree in Linguist-Translator, specializing in the field of linguistics. Additionally, in December 2020, they successfully completed the Service Hub Software exam provided by HubSpot and received certification for the same.
