Austin Connolly has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Austin started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Minty Fresh in 2014. Austin then served as an Account Executive at Wayside Central in 2015, where they were responsible for developing advertising campaigns and completing graphic design projects. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing/Music & Entertainment Director at Connolly's Public House, where they managed social media, graphic design activities, and booking live music and entertainment.

In the same year, Austin joined the American Bar Association as a Marketing Assistant, where they played a crucial role in organizing events, managing all aspects of the event, and creating content for marketing purposes. Austin also supported brand marketing strategies and hosted webinars.

After gaining valuable experience at the American Bar Association, they joined Hickory Farms, LLC as a Digital Asset Coordinator in 2019. Here, they were responsible for coordinating digital assets. In the same year, they also started working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, executing concepts across various mediums and applying a consistent look and feel to projects.

In 2020, Austin worked as a Contributor at FanSided, contributing to content creation. Austin then joined MeanPug Digital as a Content Editor in 2021. In this role, they were involved in editing content. Finally, they joined Hubstaff in 2021, first as a SaaS Blog Writer & Editor and then as a Content Manager. Currently, Austin holds the position of Lead Editor, Customer Content at Hubstaff.

Austin Connolly obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design from Central Michigan University. Austin attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In April 2020, they also received a Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot.
