Maria Sarah Suarez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maria Sarah started their career as a Service Crew at McDonald's in 2004. Maria Sarah then worked as a Teacher at Fatima de Davao School from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for facilitating learning and teaching various subjects. From 2008 to 2010, Maria worked at Stream Global Services, initially as a Customer Service Representative, providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints. Maria Sarah later took on the role of Technical Support Specialist, troubleshooting phone issues and coordinating technician dispatch. Maria then became a Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and training to support professionals.

In 2013, Maria joined the Department of Education in the Philippines as a Teacher. In this role, they collaborated with various stakeholders to improve student outcomes and communicate progress and objectives to parents. Maria Sarah remained with the Department of Education until 2020.

In 2020, Maria worked as a Non Voice CSR at Mookbee Ads Sdn Bhd, handling customer tickets, complaints, and communication in English and Tagalog. Maria Sarah also liaised with the logistics team to address delivery inquiries and troubleshoot customer problems. Concurrently, Maria worked as a Talent Support Specialist at Hubstaff, providing support and assistance to the talent team.

Prior to their teaching career, Maria briefly owned and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Suarez Ticketing Hub in 2019. Throughout their work experience, Maria has gained a wide range of skills, including customer service, communication, problem-solving, and leadership.

Maria Sarah Suarez attended the University of Southeastern Philippines from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching. Maria Sarah later obtained a certification as a Professional Teacher in Vocational Education/Training from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in January 2008.
