Joel McGinley

Joel McGinley has over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry. Joel is currently the Managing Director at Hubtek.

Previously, Joel was an Executive Consultant at Truckstop.com from January 2004 to December 2010. Joel helped the company obtain explosive growth and directed the sales, marketing, product development, customer service, and operations functions. Joel also created a strategic plan that led the company to achieve aggressive goals.

From September 2009 to May 2011, Joel was an Executive Consultant at uDrove, LLC where they conceived and developed a smart phone based compliance management solution for the trucking industry. Joel established the business, managed the sales and marketing function, and oversaw product development and growth strategies.

Joel was also the President and General Manager at DAT / TransCore Commercial Services, Inc from November 2001 to February 2004. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the company's operations.

Prior to that, Joel was the President at TownHound, Inc from March 1997 to March 2001. During their tenure, they grew the company significantly and expanded its reach across the United States.

From April 1992 to April 1997, Joel was the Vice President of Business Development at DAT Services. In this role, they were responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.

Joel began their career in 1990 as a Licensed ICC/DOT Practitioner with USDOT. Joel held this position for over 20 years before joining Hubtek in 2012.

Joel McGinley's educational career began with him earning a BS in Business Administration from Seattle University. Joel then went on to earn a degree in finance from the Portland State University Graduate School of Business.
