Martin Borrero

Martin Borrero has a diverse work experience that includes roles in talent acquisition and psychology. Martin currently works at Hubtek as the People Experience Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager, where they lead and manages a team of 13 professionals, sets goals for the team, and ensures recruitment targets are met. Prior to that, they worked at Hubtek as a People Experience Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they coordinated talent sourcing and placement, reduced recruitment times, and managed recruitment processes. Martin also gained experience as a Junior Recruitment Analyst (Intern) at Banco de Occidente, where they handled recruitment, conducted interviews and tests, and managed HR projects. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Medicina Integral IPS S.A., where they conducted evaluations, collaborated with interdisciplinary teams, and interviewed parents and caregivers. Martin's earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Trainee (Seasonal Apprentice) at TUBOPLAST, where they managed recruitment processes and conducted interviews and tests.

Martin Borrero completed their education at Universidad del Norte from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Professional degree in Psychology. In 2020, they also completed a course on Microsoft Excel Basics for Business from Coursera, focusing on Data Entry/Microcomputer Applications. Additionally, Martin obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in November 2022.
