Rich Govlik

Rich Govlik has extensive experience in construction management and field operations, currently serving as North Regional Manager of Construction Observation at Huckabee & Associates since January 2014. Prior to this role, Rich worked as a Senior Project Manager at Pegasus Texas from 2008 to January 2014, specializing in the Bond Program for the City of Dallas Parks and Recreation Department. Rich's career also includes significant project management experience at Total Program Management and OBR from 1993 to 2008, overseeing construction projects for various school districts, including Carroll ISD, Lake Worth ISD, Midlothian ISD, and Fort Worth ISD.
