Paul Rondeau

Paul Rondeau is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in construction and development across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for the West Coast at Tractor Supply Company since January 2022, Paul oversees new, relocation, and remodel construction for Region #8. Previously, as Development Manager at Huddle House, Inc., Paul led the opening of four new locations and managed multiple ongoing projects prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Paul also had a significant tenure as Sr. Project Manager at Advance Auto Parts, where responsibilities spanned all phases of construction, collaborate with developers and design teams. Additionally, Paul served as Regional Manager at Reed Elsevier, overseeing branch operations and management for multiple office locations in Florida. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Baptist University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
