Varun Varma

Varun Varma has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Varun started their career as a Summer Intern at Mondelēz International. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Institutional Sales at The Porter. In 2016, they joined Tracxn as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for EMEA and later became an Associate Director. In 2018, they moved to Zapr Media Labs as Senior Strategy Associate, where they designed and implemented the Go To Market strategy and devised marketing strategies and campaigns. In 2020, they became an Independent Consultant for Startup Advisory. Currently, they are Co-Founder and COO of HuddleUp, building an AI-driven continuous employee feedback and engagement platform.

Varun Varma has a diverse education history. Varun obtained an Engineer's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar between 2008 and 2012. Varun also attended Delhi Public School, Ranipur Haridwar from 1994 to 2008. In 2013, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and completed the program in 2015. In 2014, they attended The University of British Columbia and obtained a Master of Food and Resource Economics. Additionally, Varun Varma has obtained several certifications, such as Advertising on LinkedIn from LinkedIn in 2020, Become a Product Marketing Manager from Udemy in 2020, The fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in 2020, Open Water Diver from PADI in 2018, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2020.
