Daniel Johansson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Business & Strategy Consultant at Viking Telecom. Daniel then joined TANDBERG as a Regional Director for Latin America & Caribbean, where they successfully grew the business and established a strong network of partners. Following this, Daniel held various leadership positions at Cisco, including General Manager for Greater China & Japan Theatres, President for North Asia, and Vice President for SEMEA (Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa). At Avaya, they served as the Managing Director & General Manager for the EMEA region, leading the M&A integration and driving revenue growth. Daniel later became the EVP & Head of Worldwide Sales & Marketing at Conax, where they achieved significant revenue growth and customer acquisition. In 2018, Daniel joined My Media as a Partner and President International, overseeing various companies under the My Media Group umbrella. Daniel also served as the Chairman of Peak Ace AG, an international performance marketing agency. From 2020 to 2022, Daniel worked independently as a consultant, advisor, and mentor. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Huddly. Daniel Johansson's education history begins in 1979 at St Julian's School in Lisbon, Portugal where they attended an International English School until 1991. After high school, they pursued Intense French Studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne in Paris, France for a year in 1999. In 1998, they took part in Master and Post Grad Courses at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, focusing on International Business.

Daniel then attended the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg from 1995 to 2000, earning an MSc. in International BA & Hispanic Studies.

Throughout their career, they also engaged in various professional development programs. In 2002, they completed the R.E.A.L Selling program at Improvement Performance Group (IPG), which sharpened their selling skills and sales operations. In 2007, they attended the TAS Group now Altify to strengthen their expertise in Target Account Selling and Solution/Value Selling through the Account Planning course.

Daniel further enhanced their skills in finance by attending the Finance Seminar for Senior Managers at London Business School in 2007.

In 2013, Daniel pursued the Non-Executive Director - Professional Development Programme at the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) to expand their knowledge in non-executive directorship.

Most recently, in 2016, they completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Strategica People & Processes, focusing on organizational leadership.
