Jessica Jacobs

Jessica Jacobs is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnering and human resources management across global organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Hudl since July 2022, Jessica supports key stakeholders in Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing across 12+ countries, managing a range of HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Previously, Jessica held roles at Gartner as an HR Business Unit Partner and Country HR Manager, where responsibilities included talent management, performance processes, and aligning people initiatives with business goals. Jessica began a career at FNB South Africa, progressing from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Business Partner, and gained initial recruitment experience at Premier Personnel. Jessica holds a B.Com Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
