Mathew Schrader

Mathew Schrader has extensive experience in Agile methodologies, currently serving as the Lead Scrum Master at Hudl since September 2013, overseeing multiple Scrum teams and mentoring Scrum Masters. Previous roles at Hudl include Senior ScrumMaster, where Mathew facilitated key Agile ceremonies, Delivery Manager for a vital project, and Product Manager, focused on aligning product vision with business goals through market research. Earlier, Mathew was involved in local governance as Chairman and Member of the Village Board of Trustees in the Village of Malcolm, Nebraska, and served as Chairman of the Planning Commission. Mathew's professional journey began at Software Technology, Inc., where roles included Senior Product Management Specialist, Quality Assurance Representative, and Technical Support Representative. Mathew holds an A.A.S. in Computer Information Technology from Southeast Community College.
