Sonny Lam

Sonny Lam is an experienced Agile specialist with a diverse background in Scrum Mastery and Agile Delivery Management. Currently serving as the Lead Scrum Master for Applied Machine Learning at Hudl, Sonny partners with the Engineering & Scrum Director to facilitate strategic outcomes and guide teams through organizational transformation. Sonny has held various leadership roles at Hudl, including managing both Focus Hardware Outdoor and supporting the company's ambitious growth initiatives post-acquisition. Prior experience includes positions at Zoopla, Financial Times, DAZN, and Mendeley, where Sonny has consistently focused on empowering teams, driving value delivery, and fostering a collaborative work culture. Sonny holds a BSc in Computer Science from Aston University.
