Jeremy Medina

Jeremy Medina has extensive experience in social work and counseling, currently serving as a Social Work Intern at Hudson Guild since September 2018 and as a Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line since July 2018. Previously, Jeremy held the position of Assistant Basketball Coach at LREI from April to August 2018, where interpersonal skills of students were strengthened, teamwork was emphasized, and individual counseling was provided off the court. In the summer of 2013, Jeremy worked as a Summer Counselor at Goodwill Industries International, managing youth trips and activities while implementing behavioral interventions as needed. Jeremy earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from New York University between 2018 and 2020, following a Bachelor’s degree from John Jay College (CUNY) from 2014 to 2018.
