Karen Christie-Ward

Karen Christie-Ward is an accomplished Early Childhood Education Specialist with extensive experience in coaching, curriculum development, and educational programming. Currently at Hudson Guild, responsibilities include building staff capacity and overseeing data-driven programming. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Functioning Coach at Beyond BookSmart and an Associate Director for the Greater NY Combined Federal Campaign at Global Impact. Additional experience encompasses coaching educators at Bank Street College of Education, facilitating professional development workshops, and directing arts-based programs for children at the Chinese-American Planning Council. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Theater from New York University and a Master's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Hunter College.
