Brittany Rozelle is an experienced professional in care management and community services, currently serving as the Director of Care Management at Hudson Headwaters since April 2016. Prior roles at Hudson Headwaters include Care Management Leader and Community Resource Advocate. Brittany has a background in program management, having worked as Day Services Program Manager and Residential Manager at Community, Work & Independence Inc. Additionally, Brittany has experience as an Applied Behavior Paraprofessional and Teaching Assistant at Newmeadow Inc. and held the position of Site Director for the After School Program at Glens Falls YMCA. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York College at Oswego and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from SUNY Adirondack.

Hudson Headwaters Health Network is a not-for-profit, community-based organization serving nearly 100,000 North Country residents from 21 health centers between South Glens Falls and the Canadian border. The network delivers specialty services in obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, care management, dentistry, labs, and imaging, and collaborates with other organizations to deliver specialty care in underserved areas.
