Dawn Bell serves as the Patient Services Manager at Hudson Headwaters, a position held since 2011 after starting in reception and advancing to Health Center management of two primary care locations. In the past two years, Dawn has specialized in managing a pediatric and specialty office. Prior to this role, Dawn worked at the Warren, Washington, Albany Counties ARC from June 1993 to December 2011 as a Manager, overseeing staff who supported children with developmental disabilities. Dawn is an alumnus of Queensbury Senior High School and attended SUNY Adirondack.
