Michele Walker has extensive experience in office administration and patient services. Currently at Hudson Headwaters, Michele oversees a team of patient service assistants at a Primary Care Practice, Specialty Practice & Urgent Care. Previously, Michele worked at Glens Falls Hospital as an Oncology Office Manager and as a Lead Referral, Authorization, and Denial Management Specialist. Additionally, Michele has experience at Liberty Travel as an Operations Supervisor. Michele holds an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Bryant & Stratton College.
