C. Marisa Rodriguez has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. C. Marisa currently holds the position of Vice President at Hudson Housing Capital LLC, where they previously worked as an Assistant Vice President and Associate. C. Marisa also has a background in academia, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. Prior to that, they worked as an Affordable Housing Real Estate Development Intern at L+M Development Partners Inc. and as an Expansion Lead at Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC).
