John Glanville serves as the Chief Visionary at Beyond Ideas LLC, where practical and efficient problem solving is the focus. With extensive experience in the venture capital domain, John is a General Partner at Athenaeum Capital Partners LLC and a Founding Member of Pasadena Angels and Tech Coast Angels. Additionally, John holds positions on the Board of Directors for ShelterBox USA and Alliloop, and previously managed Mapszu and Benchmark Maps. John is a certified coach from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and actively engages in community service through various roles in the Rotary Club of Montecito. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering/Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts/Architecture from Lehigh University.
