Anne-Louise Vittus Pedersen

Anne-Louise Vittus Pedersen is currently the Nordic Head of People & Culture at Hudson Nordic, leading the people agenda across the Nordics and overseeing the Business Support team in Denmark. Prior to this role, Anne-Louise served as the Head of People & Culture at Hello Retail, where responsibilities included overall people strategy and employee relations. With a strong background in recruitment and talent management, Anne-Louise has held various positions at Hudson Nordic, including Assignment Manager and Research Consultant. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Advisor at Atradius Danmark and interning as a Sales Consultant at iHeadHunt. Anne-Louise holds a Master’s degree in Diversity and Change Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Language, and Culture from Copenhagen Business School.
