Gabino Sanchez

Gabino Sanchez-Perez is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and bioinformatics fields, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Hudson River Biotechnology since September 2020 and working as a Freelance Consultant for GreenNovations since May 2020. Prior experience includes leading Genetwister Technologies B.V. as CEO from January 2017 to May 2020 and holding roles as a Senior Researcher and Cluster Leader in Applied Bioinformatics at Wageningen University from April 2012 to January 2017. Gabino also gained valuable research experience as a Postdoc at both Utrecht University and Dalhousie University between June 2008 and December 2007, following a PhD position at Instituto de Investigaciones Biomédicas de Madrid - CSIC from July 2001 to July 2004. Educationally, Gabino holds an M. Sc. in Biochemistry from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a B. Sc. in Chemistry from Universitat d'Alacant.
