Cesar Alonso Gonzalez

Cesar Alonso Gonzalez, MBA has over 14 years of experience in various roles within the supply chain and demand planning field. CESAR is currently working as the Supply Chain Director at Hudson Technologies Company since September 2021.

From 2016 to 2021, Cesar worked at Honeywell where they held multiple positions. CESAR started as a Regional Demand Planner and was later promoted to lead the demand planning function for the US and Canada, achieving a higher level of demand planning maturity. CESAR also served as the Global Demand Planning Leader, responsible for establishing a strong demand planning process for a $1.5 billion division globally.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2016, Cesar worked at FMC Corporation. CESAR initially started as an Intern and later advanced to the role of Supply Chain Planner. CESAR played a key role in implementing regional demand, supply planning, and S&OP processes and systems, as well as participating in global S&OP and Logility design and implementation. Cesar was also promoted to Regional Demand Planner and later became the Supply Chain Global Process Owner, where they leveraged their expertise in planning processes and systems for a $1.8 billion acquisition.

Overall, Cesar has a strong background in supply chain planning, demand planning, and S&OP processes. CESAR has demonstrated their ability to lead and improve demand planning functions, establish consensus, and implement world-class processes and systems.

Cesar Alonso Gonzalez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General from Drexel University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. CESAR also has a Diploma in International Business from EAE Business School, completed from 2006 to 2007. Cesar received their Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2002 to 2007. CESAR has also obtained a certification in Presenting Complex Information from Dale Carnegie Training in 2014.
