Laura Raffaele has worked in the hospitality and customer service industry for over a decade. Laura began their career in 2005 as an Internal Processing Specialist at Raymour and Flanigan Furniture, where they managed 10-15 delivery teams and made and received delivery phone calls. In 2006, they moved to United Healthcare as a Customer Care Representative, where they stayed within the top 5 within their team stats every month and was given the chance to be a "floor walker" to new teams. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager Operations at Aeropostale. In 2015, they returned to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture as a Customer Care Manager. Most recently, they have been a Contract Hospitality Project Manager at Hudson Valley Lighting since 2017.
