Krista Arena

Krista Arena is a skilled lighting specialist and stage manager currently working at ESPN since January 2024. With extensive experience in the performing arts, Krista serves as a master electrician at both the Ulster Performing Arts Center and Bardavon 1869 Opera House, and has held the position of facilities manager and hospitality coordinator at Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival. Krista's background also includes working as an electrician and in retail/fulfillment at Fruition Chocolate Works. Previous experience as a stagehand at Bardavon 1869 Opera House further enhances Krista's expertise in technical theatre. Krista Arena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from SUNY New Paltz, earned between 2013 and 2016.
