Mark Wilder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark began their career as a Cannon Crew Member in the Army National Guard, serving in West Virginia from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Boatswain's Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard from 2002 to 2015. In 2006, Mark joined the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff, a position they held until 2018. During this time, they also ventured into entrepreneurship, owning and operating two food trucks, Sunkissed The Chicken and Seafood Company and Boardwalk Vibes, with their wife from 2018 to 2022. Mark then transitioned into the hospitality industry, working as a Security Professional at TradeWinds Island Resorts from March 2022 to November 2022. In 2022, they moved into the field of recruiting, first as a Professional Recruiter at Elgen Staffing from October 2022 to May 2023, and currently as an Executive Medical Recruiter at Hudson View Network Inc. Mark's role as an Executive Medical Recruiter involves sourcing, evaluating, and hiring healthcare professionals for various positions within the medical industry.

Mark Wilder attended West Virginia University from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Social Psychology. In 2004, they enrolled at St. Petersburg College and obtained a certificate in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). From 2006 to 2006, they attended Hillsborough Community College and obtained a Police certificate in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services. During the same period, they also received certifications in Police Academy and Law Enforcement Academy from Hillsborough Community College in the field of Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and Criminal Justice/Police Science, respectively. In July 2005, Mark obtained a Secret Clearance from the Office of Personnel Management. Additionally, in January 2009, they received a Law Enforcement Training Instructor, General certification from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Currently, Mark is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at New Jersey City University, which they started in 2014.
