George McRobbie has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. George started their career in 2006 as a Search Consultant at Pacific International, where they focused on the global recruitment of Business Improvement and Operational Excellence professionals. George then joined Aspire Resourcing as a Senior Headhunter and Head of Research, specializing in the niche area of Business Process Improvement.

In 2010, George joined hyphen Workforce Solutions as a Recruitment Delivery Team Lead, where they were responsible for identifying candidates and managing the recruitment process for various roles. George also supported on-site recruiters for clients such as National Grid, Lloyds Banking Group, and IBM. George later worked at Nokia as a Talent Acquisition Consultant via hyphen Workforce Solutions, recruiting for positions in the UK and Germany.

George then joined Modis UK as a Recruitment Delivery Manager before moving on to Ajilon UK, where they served as an Internal Recruitment Delivery Manager. George managed the internal recruitment delivery function of the IT Solutions Consultancy Division, providing technology support services to various organizations.

In 2013, George joined Pontoon Solutions as a Recruitment Delivery Manager, overseeing off-site recruitment delivery teams and managing recruitment for clients such as Adecco and Ajilon. George later became an Employed Consultant Model (ECM) Delivery Team Lead before taking on a role as a Centre of Excellence Manager at Hudson RPO.

At Hudson RPO, George headed the Recruitment & Sourcing Centre of Excellence, delivering direct sourcing and recruitment solutions for clients across Europe and the EMEA region. George also served as a Service Delivery Director, supporting global client teams with flexible and scalable people and technology solutions.

George McRobbie's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Morrison's Academy from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued Advanced Highers, Higher Still, Intermediate 2, and Standard Grades.
