Natasha Erbs is an experienced Senior Talent Partner at Tabcorp, Australia's premier gambling entertainment company, since July 2023. Previously, Natasha served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Hudson RPO, focusing on coaching and creating talent teams for various clients, while also holding a significant role as Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at PointsBet, where management and mentoring of a technical recruitment team were key responsibilities. Other roles include General Manager and Project Coordinator at FCA/MTD, and Talent Business Partner for Accenture at Korn Ferry, demonstrating a strong background in strategic recruitment, project management, and consulting within the technology and design sectors.
