Sarah Dickson is the current Head of Operations and Implementation at Hudson RPO. Sarah has over 7 years of experience in recruitment and supplier management. Prior to their current position, Sarah was an Associate Director at RSG and a Sanctions Manager and Supplier Management Lead at Lloyds Banking Group. Sarah has a proven track record of implementing RPO/Managed Service solutions and successfully transforming recruitment processes. Sarah is an expert in cost management and headcount tracking.

Sarah Dickson reports to Darren Lancaster, Chief Executive Officer, Americas & EMEA. They work with Miles Stribbling - Marketing Director, Gail Shaw - Head of Human Resources, and John Dipietro - Senior VP Client Solutions.
