Liz Rodbell

Liz Rodbell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Liz has served as the President and CEO of Hudson's Bay, a multibillion-dollar company, since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Advisor at LHR Advisors, where they provided strategic advice to companies on improving their business operations. Liz also held the position of Chair of the Board at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they focused on expanding philanthropic support and maximizing the expertise of board members. Additionally, they served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Children's Tumor Foundation, where they led the HR committee and co-chaired the annual national benefit to fund research for the Neurofibromatosis (NF) community. Earlier in their career, Liz Rodbell worked at Steve Madden as a Group President, responsible for leading the strategy and profitability of various business segments. Liz also held executive positions at Hudson's Bay Company and Lord & Taylor, overseeing sales, merchandising, marketing, and operations. Throughout their career, Liz Rodbell has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

Liz Rodbell has an Honorary Doctorate of Commercial Science from LIM College and an AA in Fashion Merchandising from the Tobe-Coburn School.
