Stephanie Karpowicz

Stephanie Karpowicz has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, particularly in talent acquisition and learning and development. Stephanie is currently employed at Hudson's Bay as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Learning & Development from March 2021 to September 2023.

Stephanie began their career at Hudson's Bay Company in 2009, where they held various HR positions. Stephanie worked as a Director of Human Resources Business Partner from October 2018 to March 2021, a Senior Manager of HR Business Partner from October 2015 to October 2018, and a HR Manager from February 2013 to October 2015. Before this, they served as an Associate Relations Manager from February 2012 to February 2013 and a HR Supervisor from May 2010 to February 2012. Stephanie also gained experience as a Service Manager at Zellers Store from March 2009 to May 2010.

Stephanie Karpowicz obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from the University of Guelph, from the years 2004 to 2008.
