Cristina Schneider

Cristina Schneider has extensive experience in various human resources roles. Cristina is currently the Head of People and People Operations at Favor Delivery since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at H-E-B as a Sr. HR Advisor and Digital HR Team Lead from September 2022 to January 2023, and as an HR Strategic Business Partner from November 2019 to September 2022. Before joining H-E-B, they served as a Human Resources Manager at INTERSPORT Group from August 2017 to October 2019. Cristina also worked as an HR Project Manager at Swisscom from September 2016 to March 2017, and as a Global Project Manager for HR Learning and Development Retail Academy at Swarovski from December 2013 to December 2015. Cristina started their career as the Diversity & Inclusion Manager at the State Bar of Texas from July 2004 to August 2011, overseeing various diversity and leadership development programs. Prior to that, they were the Director of Leadership Development at the National Hispanic Institute from August 2001 to July 2004.

Cristina Schneider attended the University of North Texas from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mathematics & Business Administration.
