Sam Buss

Sam Buss is an experienced Talent Manager currently working at Huel since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sam was involved in tech talent acquisition at Zopa Bank on a contractual basis, and held the position of Talent Lead - Technology at Gousto, where responsibilities included overseeing tech hiring and leading various strategic initiatives. Sam's extensive background includes roles in technical talent partnership at Made Tech, Rezatec, and Tessian, as well as a focus on talent acquisition at Oodle Car Finance and Haybrook IT Resourcing. Sam holds a 2:1 degree in Sport Science and Biomechanics from the University of Lincoln and has been recognized for contributions to talent strategy and diversity initiatives throughout various organizations.
