Amanda Judd

Amanda Judd has an extensive work experience that spans over multiple industries. Amanda began their career as an Account Manager at Management Recruiters International, where they successfully gained new clients and fulfilled their staffing needs. Amanda then moved on to Strategic Recruiting, Inc as a Staffing Manager/Principal, where they were responsible for every step in the recruiting process, including client relationship management and candidate assessment. Amanda then joined ADP as a Senior District Manager, where they excelled at converting prospects into clients and managing a territory. Amanda later joined Oasis Outsourcing as a Professional Employer Consultant, overseeing a variety of HR functions. Amanda also worked at Syngenta as a Contract Recruiter, leading recruiting efforts during a transition period. Amanda then joined JER HR Group, LLC as a Director, Recruiting and Executive Search, leading the Executive Search division and managing a team of recruiters. Amanda later joined Hueman Private Equity Talent Solutions as a Director, leading talent acquisition efforts for private investment institutions. Most recently, Amanda worked at Riviera Partners as a Director, Executive Recruiter, specializing in tech-focused recruiting services.

Amanda Judd holds a BA degree in English from Rhodes College. Amanda also has a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS.
