Carlos Gomez Galzerano

Carlos Gomez Galzerano has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Carlos started their career as a Project Leader at Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires in 1999. Carlos then moved on to work at Pearson plc as a Software Project Manager and later as an IT Functional Manager, where they played a key role in the success and renewal of important contracts and the establishment of an office in Venezuela.

In 2006, Carlos joined Gestiones Tallion as an IT Manager (CIO), where they implemented a matrix organizational structure and reduced employee turnover rates significantly.

Carlos then worked as a Senior Software Project Manager at Vangent, Inc., managing software development projects in the UAE. Carlos also worked at Huenei IT Services as a Senior Project Manager, establishing goals and procedures for the PMO Division.

At Visa, Carlos served as a Senior IT Project Manager, managing strategic projects and leading CMMI Readiness and Appraisal initiatives.

In Fevial S.A., Carlos held multiple roles including Project Manager, where they implemented efficient spreadsheets for job costing and contract certification, and Chief Operations/Maintenance Officer (COO), where they were responsible for determining business strategies and priorities.

Carlos also briefly worked as a PMO Manager at Gestiones Tallion and as an Independent Consultant, specializing in project management, IT, and quality assurance.

Their most recent role is at Huenei IT Services, where they serve as the Regional Managed Services Manager & Value Management Office Manager, leading the Managed Services Business Unit Strategies in different markets and ensuring compliance with objectives based on cost-effectiveness and sales.

Carlos Gomez Galzerano has a strong educational background with a focus on information technology, program management, project management, and business administration. Their education history includes the following:

1. In 2020, Carlos completed the Digital Transformation Program at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. This program focused on information technology.

2. Also in 2020, Carlos obtained a certificate in Agile in the Program Management Office from the Project Management Institute. This program focused on program management.
