Andreas Niegeloh started their work experience in 1995 as an Industriemechaniker at Bayer, where they worked until 1998. Andreas then joined Mercedes-Benz Arthur Brüggemann Düsseldorf as a Fleet Manager from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they started working at Wilkinson Sword Gesellschaft GmbH as Kunststofftechnik until 2009. Since 2009, they have been working at Huf Group, initially as a Mechanical Engineer from 2009 to 2014, and then as a System Lead Engineer since 2015.

Andreas Niegeloh attended the Friedrich-List-Berufskolleg Solingen from 1994 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Höhere Handelsschule für Abiturienten. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, they studied Industriemechaniker at Berufskolleg Bayer Leverkusen. Andreas then went on to study Maschinenbau with a focus on Informatik im Maschinenbau and Produkttechnologie at Bergische Universität Wuppertal from 1998 to 2008. In 1993, Andreas completed their military service with the 1. Luftwaffensicherungsstaffel in Köln/Wahn.
