Eduardo Grolla

Eduardo Grolla has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Eduardo started their career at Tec steel as a Toolmaker and worked there for seven years. Eduardo then joined TE Connectivity as a Mechanical Technician and later transitioned into the role of Product Engineer. After two years, they moved on to Bosch Power Tools as a Product Development Engineer. Eduardo worked there for five years before returning to TE Connectivity as a Senior Product Engineer. Subsequently, they joined Huf North America as a Senior Product Engineer, and later took on the roles of Project Manager and System Engineering Lead.

Eduardo Grolla earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Production from the Universidade São Francisco in 1998. Eduardo later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2004 to 2005.
