Michael Paric

Michael Paric is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in managing distributed teams and delivering innovative solutions across various platforms. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Development at EVgo, Michael oversees a team of eight full-stack engineers specializing in technologies such as Javascript, PostgreSQL, and React. Previously, as the Director of Engineering at Lightspeed Systems, responsibilities included managing 32 developers across multiple time zones. Michael's background also includes significant roles at NWEA as a Sr. Software Engineering Manager, where leadership encompassed two teams totaling 19 developers, and as a Software Engineer at Bay Alarm Company, where a mobile sales tool was architected and developed. Michael's career initiated at VideoN5 as a Software Architect and Lead Developer, contributing to the launch of a SaaS application.
