Jose Arce

Jose Arce has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Jose is currently working as the Director of Project Controlling and Product Costing at Huf Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Cost Management in the Electronics Division at HELLA from April 2018 to April 2022. Jose also worked at Adient, where they held various roles such as Senior Account Financial Manager for the Ford Business Unit, Account Financial Manager for the Ford Business unit, Senior MBBP Cost Analyst, and MBBP Cost Analyst from 2010 to 2018. Before that, they had roles at Damco (Shanghai) Ltd., including Deputy Manager Reporting and Planning, Internal Business Auditor, Accounts Payable Supervisor, and other positions from 2005 to 2009. Jose Arce began their career as an intern in the purchasing department at Duke Energy Peru from February 2004 to February 2005.

Jose Arce completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they also obtained an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management during the same time period. In 2010, they earned an Msc in International Business Management from Antwerp Management School. Jose Arce's educational journey began with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, which they completed from 1999 to 2005.
