Zoltan Szilagyi

Zoltan Szilagyi is an experienced professional in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Operational Engineering Manager at Huf Group since November 2017, where previous roles included Head of Operational Engineering and Process Engineer. Zoltan's expertise encompasses equipment supplier selection, problem analysis, documentation updates for assembly lines, and involvement in multidisciplinary teams to address customer complaints using techniques such as 8D and 5 WHY. Prior to Huf Group, Zoltan worked at MANN+HUMMEL Group as a Manufacturing Engineer, and at HUF Romania as a Process Engineer, focusing on manufacturing process development and efficiency improvement. Earlier experiences include roles at Rompetrol and Takata. Zoltan holds a Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Industrial Informatics from "Aurel Vlaicu" University, complemented by a post-university degree in technical inspection.
