Alexandre Roux

Alexandre Roux currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for Aga Khan Schools within the Aga Khan Development Network since March 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandre held the position of Senior Global People & Culture Consultant at The Fund for Global Human Rights, focusing on building a Global People Management Strategy from September 2022 to February 2023. From August 2013 to August 2022, Alexandre was the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Médecins Sans Frontières (Switzerland), leading teams on various strategic human resource initiatives for over 9,500 FTE across 25 countries. Additional roles at Médecins Sans Frontières included acting Director of Human Resources and Country Director, alongside experience as Global Human Resources Director at Eferton Group and various positions in project management and programming at Ici & Canyons Education. Alexandre's academic credentials include a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources & Career Management from the University of Geneva and several executive programs in leadership and artificial intelligence from IMD.
