Matthew Di Paola is the managing director of innovation and partner at SID LEE, a Canadian digital agency. Matthew has also worked as the SVP, general manager at Critical Mass, where they managed a team of 100+ in the Toronto office and opened and managed the Hong Kong office. Di Paola has expanded the office's skill sets beyond UX into Innovation, Mobile Development, Creative Technology and Social Content. Matthew has also worked on Global, U.S. and Canadian clients and has won a Cannes Lion for House of Anansi's iPad app. Some of their notable clients include Infiniti, Nissan Canada, Scotiabank, TJX, House of Anansi Press, AT&T, World Pride and Citibank's Global Design & Strategy Team.
