Emily Witko 🤗

Emily Witko, GPHR, currently serves in the role of Diversity, Equity, Belonging, and Employee Experience at Hugging Face, focusing on enhancing employee happiness, engagement, and diversity. Concurrently, Emily holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for Alternate Future, a nonprofit dedicated to combating climate change. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Zeta as Head of Customer Experience and as Instructor Manager at General Assembly, where Emily developed hiring processes and improvement strategies. Additional roles span various customer success and engagement positions across companies like Industrious, GrubHub, and Seamless. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Women's Studies from Saint Louis University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies from The College of New Jersey.
