Matthew Douglas

Matthew Douglas is an experienced machine learning engineer currently working at Hugging Face since July 2024. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over eleven years at PERQ, beginning as a Software Engineer in July 2013 and progressing to Principal Software Engineer by January 2021, with responsibilities that included developing engagement technology solutions that connect consumers to brands. Earlier in their career, Matthew served as a Web Application Developer at Martino & Binzer from January 2011 to July 2013. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University, earned in 2011.
