Sayak Paul

Sayak Paul is a Machine Learning Engineer at Hugging Face since October 2022, focusing on diffusion models and contributing to the maintenance, performance, testing, and features of the diffusers framework. Previously held the role of Developer Advocate Engineer at Hugging Face, where contributions to computer vision projects significantly advanced the company’s presence in that field. Prior experience includes serving as the first Machine Learning Engineer at Carted and positions at PyImageSearch, Weights & Biases, and FloydHub, among others. Sayak began the professional journey as a Data Science Intern at CareerIn and has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
