Prior to joining Hughes Marino, Valencia worked in the fraud department for one of the largest credit unions in the state of California. Prior to that, she was an advisor relationship manager for a national bank, proving clients with the highest level of concierge service.

Valencia was raised within a U.S. Navy household, where service to others and giving your best was bred into her DNA. She is extremely passionate and meticulous to the quality of service she provides to others, thriving to always deliver prompt and professional communication to both external and internal parties.
