Amrita Satpathy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Amrita began their career as a Module Leader at Satyam Computer services Limited, where they worked on a project involving sheet metal modeling and assembly of HVAC components. Amrita then completed a summer internship at Hewlett Packard India Sales Ltd, where they assessed the business potential for HP in SME banks.
Following this, Amrita worked at Bank of India as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for mobilizing CASA accounts, cross-selling various banking products, and generating leads for SME customers.
Amrita then moved on to Mindfire Solutions, where they held multiple roles. As a Marketing Manager, they were responsible for ad campaigns, branding materials, alliance management, and recruitment marketing. Amrita also served as an Area Business Lead, focusing on promoting the Mindfire brand and coordinating partner activities.
Most recently, Amrita worked at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) as a Marketing and Branding Lead. In this role, they planned and budgeted marketing activities, developed buyer persona engagement strategies, and executed go-to-market strategies for solutions/IPs. Amrita also established the content marketing strategy and handled campaign management activities. Additionally, they drove brand awareness for HSC using social media platforms.
Amrita Satpathy completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University College of Engineering (now Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology-VSSUT) between 2002 and 2006. Amrita later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing, Systems, and Operations from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in June 2019.
