Manoj Misra has had extensive work experience in the technology consulting and software development industry. Manoj began their career in 1993 as a Research and Development Engineer at ALPS International, where they worked on medical embedded systems for hearing health care. Manoj then moved to Salora International Limited in 1995, where they worked as a Research and Development Engineer focusing on signal processing and embedded systems. In 1997, they joined PEP Infotech as a General Manager, leading the embedded systems department. Manoj then spent a year at Infineon Technologies as a Manager in signal processing before joining Aricent in 2001 as a Senior Manager in signal processing. At Aricent, they contributed to the company's engineering services and software development. In 2007, they joined Hughes Systique Corporation, initially as the Director of Engineering for wireless and signal processing, and later as the Head of Customer Experience Management and Assistant Vice President for Engineering. At Hughes Systique Corporation, Manoj was responsible for various aspects of the engineering group, including business development, resource management, and project delivery.

Manoj Misra pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Electronics from Uttar Pradesh Jobs from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, during the same period, they also studied at MIT Aurangabad Marathwada University, where they obtained another Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics.
