Rahul Nair's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as an Engineering Intern at Bosch India. There, they analyzed issues with seal insertion in automotive hydraulic brakes and implemented a seal reverse detection system to improve assembly line efficiency. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, and in 2013, they were promoted to Senior Systems Engineer. In 2014, they had a summer internship at Hughes Systique Corporation. Starting from 2015, Rahul joined Hughes Systique Corporation as a Business Development Executive and received a pre-placement offer for their performance. Rahul was later promoted to Assistant Manager and then to Manager of Sales & Business Development. In these roles, they focused on revenue growth, key account management, and customer engagement in various industries, including TMT, Networks, Media Streaming, and Hospitality.

Rahul Nair completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2006 and 2010. Rahul then pursued an MBA degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance from International Management Institute - IMI from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their engineering studies, they attended Loyola High School & Junior College Pune from 2004 to 2006 for their Science education. Rahul's educational journey began at Vidya Bhavan High School Pune, where they completed their schooling from 1992 to 2004, although specific degrees or fields of study are not mentioned for these years. In addition to their formal education, Rahul obtained a certification in Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group (formerly MHI Global) in September 2016 and a Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from KPMG India in October 2014.
